Fresh Chef Detroit Entrees
Chef Kirsten strives to buy the freshest most local ingredients for everything she cooks. Menus for each client are customized in every way — not only do you get to choose what dishes you eat, but also the ingredients within them. Whether it’s that you just hate onions, only want organic or have a restricted diet, she will work with you to create meals that are exactly what you want.

A few days before your scheduled cook day, you will receive an e-mail with menu choices. I always welcome suggestions if you are having a craving or have a request!  We will decide at that time what meals you would like frozen if that is a part of your meal plan.

Here are some examples of five entree menus with appropriate side dishes. Keep in mind that Fresh Chef Detroit has hundreds of recipes to pull from and these are only a select few.
